It's not the store that Ihave anissue with its the overall quality oftheir equipment that's terrible. Been without internet for 2days now and they want tocharge meextra forit.

I ama little nervous about going tothis location todrop off mycable boxes. Back inAugust of2020, Iwent tothe Taylor location toexchange mywhite internet connector for ablack one because Iwanted the equipment tomatch mytv and the decor inmy home. The male associate said “This isas black asit gets.” The comment was very offensive because the gentleman was white and Iam black.

I was able toget ananswer in2mins inthe store. Calling customer
Service onthe phone was completely useless amd took 2hours spinning incircles with noanswer. Very grateful there are real people that know what they are doing there.00

Clint was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable and Iappreciated helisten confirmed and gave good instructions. Iwill come backin. The young lady Kathy@door was very polite and courteous upon myentrance Adifferent experience than the ppl that was irritated and tired onthe phone yearsago. Alright Xfinity Isee you have steppedup.

Went into return abox and get awireless box late the girl that was helping uswas trying tohelp uswith aguy that was working kept telling her tocome look out the window atsome car tools wecould wait just was being totally obnoxious the whole visit and still never received her new box

Horrible horrible service. Ifyou want tohave abad day orruin your mood . Gohere and deal with the poor customer service. Not anyone wants tohelp they just totally lied tome. Said mycredit isfine. Which itis. Only toget meto signup. Then send mea letter Idon’t qualify. Iwas sent 3boxes charged $400. Iam done with this stress. Don’t recommend this company toanyone for anything! We have both internet and cell phone service with Xfinity and went into ask for help with atechincal problem. The store manager goes out ofhis way tobe rude and encourages his employees tofollow suit. The person who greeted ussaid they couldn't help and tocall support (which Ihad spent 6hours onthe phone with already), but anemployee overhead the conversation and answered the question inspite ofthe manager. This guy obviously does not want our business. Goelsewhere

Came inon aSaturday afternoon for help with aphone issue. Ididn’t wait aminute before Iwas helped. Everyone was kind and attentive. Myissue was solved inminutes and Iwas also given afree streaming box asI ama Xfinity internet customer. Icame inwith mykids who are 5and 3and tobe honest was alittle nervous taking toddlers into astore full ofexpensive phones and electronics. John one ofthe employees turned the TVto kids shoes, then hewent and got the kids some coloring booksto keep them busy. Ihad anamazing experience and things like this keep meloyal toXfinity. Customer service like this hardly exists anymore.… – show
